Get a different perspective on history – from the other side of the glass.
Book a private tour for up to ten people and experience the Museum as never before. Led by senior Museum staff, you will get privileged access to the key rooms of the Museum and hear facts and stories you won’t learn on the audio tour.
The tour includes visits to the War Cabinet Room, perfectly preserved since 1945, and the Map Room, which
was the central hub of operations throughout the Second World War. Visitors will be able to explore the details of these rooms up close – from the sugar ration discovered when preparing to open the Cabinet War Rooms to the public, to the thousands of tiny pinholes in the maps. Cameras are welcome, and there will be an opportunity to have souvenir photos taken standing behind Winston Churchill’s chair.
The tour ends in the Churchill Museum, where visitors will be shown the highlights of the Museum before being left to explore this award-winning interactive space.
